Refunds are available only if I cannot complete a commission within 2 months or due to other personal reasons that I may issue a refund myself.

Deadlines are not adjustable during an ongoing commission. If a deadline is needed please let me know beforehand!

The client cannot claim, edit, trace, distribute, or make merchandise off the commission unless commercial use has been negotiated.

The client cannot take existing assets from the commission to be used in another illustration, this includes but is not limited to, sketches, rough colors, design sketches, etc.

My watermark [shoey] will not be removed from the commission. Likewise, proper credits including my Twitter(X) link [https://twitter.com/sshooooe] and name [shoey] will be added when the illustration is used in any way or platform.

All commissions are for personal use by default unless stated otherwise. This includes but is not limited to ICONS, BANNERS, PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL ON SNS, LOADING SCREENS , etc.

Revisions can no longer be made once the invoice has been paid.

Commissions that exceed 500 USD can be split into a 50-50 payment format wherein the first half of the invoice will be paid after the initial sketch and the other half will be paid AFTER the final illustration has been finished. Please take note that the final illustration will not be sent until the payment has been made in full.

I will not take any joint commissions represented by only one person, if the commission is shared between more than 2 people, a group chat must be made to ensure clear communication between all parties involved.

The commission cannot be used in NFTs and other related affiliations.

The commission cannot be used in AI training and other related affiliations.
