commission process
Send a commission inquiry via Twitter (X) or email with the following: [character references + commission details]. Please summarize the information using images—I do not accept references in text form, Google documents, or similar formats. Kindly compile all necessary details into a single message instead of sending multiple messages.
I will provide a sketch for any revisions, with a maximum of two free revisions. Any revisions requested after the invoice has been paid will not be accepted.
Once the sketch is approved, I will send a PayPal invoice. I will not proceed with the final rendering of the illustration until the invoice is paid in full.
The guaranteed delivery is within 2-3 weeks after payment has been received. However, this may change depending on the queue at the time of the request. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know in advance!
NOTE #1: The commission process follows a semi-skeb style, meaning NO MAJOR CHANGES will be allowed after the initial sketch has been approved. Minor color adjustments and pose corrections can be discussed until the final render. Clients may request updates throughout the process.
NOTE#2: Turnaround time is counted AFTER payment has been received.
NOTE#3:The turnaround time and waitlist may be adjusted to up to 2 months, depending on the ongoing queue.
NOTE#4:Clients on the waitlist are free to cancel their slots as long as payment hasn't been made. The waitlist refers to commissions that have been accepted but have not yet been started. Failure to notify me of a cancellation (ghosting) may result in being blacklisted.
terms and conditions
Refunds are only available if I am unable to complete the commission within 2 months or for personal reasons at my discretion.
Deadlines cannot be adjusted once the commission has started. If you require a deadline, please inform me beforehand.
The client cannot claim, edit, trace, distribute the commission.
The client cannot create merchandise from the commission unless commercial use has been negotiated.
The client cannot reuse any existing assets from the commission (e.g., sketches, rough colors, design sketches) in another illustration.
My watermark [shoey] will not be removed. Proper credit, including my Twitter (X) link [https://twitter.com/sshooooe] and name [shoey], must be provided when using the illustration on any platform.
All commissions are for personal use by default, including but not limited to icons, banners, promotional material on SNS, and loading screens.
Revisions are no longer allowed once the invoice has been paid.
Commissions exceeding $500 (or when applicable) can be paid in two installments: First half after the initial sketch approval. Second half after the final illustration is completed. The final artwork will not be sent until full payment is made.
I do not accept joint commissions represented by a single person. If the commission is shared between two or more people, a group chat must be created for clear communication.
The commission cannot be used for NFTs or any related affiliations.
The commission cannot be used for AI training or any related affiliations.
Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions may result in a monetary fine and appropriate action, depending on the severity of the violation.
